The statement highlights the company’s commitment to diversity, ethical conduct, and robust risk management practices.
Material actions and disclosures
The company has adopted a Diversity Policy to ensure a clear commitment to diversity and inclusion. The policy aims to diversify recruitment and merit-based appointments, and includes measurable objectives for achieving gender diversity. The company aims to have at least 40% of each gender on the board and senior management team by the end of 2026. However, as of 30 June 2026, the gender distribution within the company was 25% female and 75% male on the board, 20% female and 80% male in the senior management team, and 70% female and 30% male company-wide.
