True North Copper (TNC) continued to strengthen its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) foundations during the financial year 2026, focusing on environmental management, workforce development, and community engagement.
Material actions and disclosures
TNC advanced environmental baseline studies for the Cloncurry Copper Project, supporting exploration planning, project design, and regulatory approvals. The company also completed a Legacy Materials Characterisation Program at Mt Oxide, assessing the potential to recover copper, cobalt, and silver from historical mine materials while improving environmental management.
TNC continued to build stronger engagement with Traditional Owners and regional stakeholders, integrating cultural heritage, land access, and environmental considerations into project planning and decision-making. The company also hosted Queensland Government representatives at the Mt Oxide Project and participated in community events.
