Tivan Aims for 50% Local Workforce at Speewah Fluorite Project

Tivan Resources has outlined its commitment to employing a local workforce for the Speewah Fluorite Project, targeting 50% of roles to be filled by local personnel. The project is expected to create around 53 different roles across processing, mining, and site management and administration.

The roles include mine management, process management, general management, machinery operators, metallurgists, operators in crushing and grinding, health and safety, emergency response, and various support services such as administration, camp services, and maintenance.
