During FY26, Northern Star did not receive any whistleblower reports related to modern slavery. The company issued 185 self-assessment questionnaires (SAQs) to suppliers, with 77% of these receiving responses. Eight initial audits were completed, resulting in three corrective action plans and two follow-up audits. The company also trained 100% of its non-executive directors and 96% of key accountable employees on modern slavery awareness.

Forward commitments

The company also aims to gain independent limited assurance certification for data contained within its FY26 Modern Slavery Statement.
