LGI Holdings Reports 17% Revenue Growth in FY26, Achieves New High Watermark for Operating Metrics

LGI Holdings reported a 17% increase in net revenue to $39,842 million in FY26, driven by a 29% increase in MWhs generated and a 40% increase in LGC revenue. The company achieved a new high watermark for all key operating metrics, with a 55% EBITDA margin expansion and a 35% premium on realised electricity prices. Biogas recovery increased by 33% to 170.2 million cubic meters, and ACCU creation grew by 18% to 584,191. The company also commissioned 3 new sites and upgraded 5 existing sites, expanding its capacity to 33MWs. Forward commitments

LGI Holdings announced plans to complete a ~$56M capital raising to expand its project pipeline. The company also plans to expand its Canberra, Belrose, Nowra, and Toowoomba batteries, construct a 12MW / 24MWh stand-alone battery project at Belrose, NSW, and develop an 11MW renewable hybrid power station at Nowra, NSW.
