Coast Entertainment Strengthens Governance with Enhanced Policies and Training

Coast Entertainment has strengthened its governance framework with the endorsement of a Code of Conduct, the adoption of a Whistleblower Policy, and the introduction of an Anti-bribery and Corruption Policy, among other measures. The company has also established a Sustainability Working Model and continues to monitor climate change risks.

Material Actions and Disclosures

The Board has endorsed a Code of Conduct, which sets out guiding principles of ethical behaviour based on respect, honesty, fairness, and integrity. The company has also adopted a Whistleblower Policy to promote and support a culture of integrity and ethical behaviour, and introduced an Anti-bribery and Corruption Policy with zero tolerance for fraudulent or corrupt business practices.

Periodic training on key behavioural policies is conducted throughout the Group. The Audit & Risk Committee meets with the Group’s independent external auditors, and the Safety & Risk Review Committee oversees safety and operational risks.

Forward Commitments

The Group continues to support initiatives aimed at increasing diverse representation and participation, and has established a sustainability working model. It will prepare mandatory Sustainability Reports in the future and continue to review its risk management framework annually.
