Judo Bank Advances Gender Diversity and Enhances Governance Practices

Judo Bank has made significant progress in gender diversity, with 29% of the board, 57% of the executive committee, and 41% of senior leadership roles being women. The company has set measurable objectives to achieve 40% gender diversity on the board and in senior executive positions by the end of FY26.

Material actions and disclosures

Judo Bank has a diversity policy and assesses the performance of its senior executives via the ‘Judo Tracks’ process. The company also has a whistleblower policy and a code of conduct. Additionally, Judo has an internal audit function and a risk management framework (RMF) to manage risks, including climate-related risks, which are not expected to have a material impact on the business.

Judo’s Risk Committee has reviewed the entity’s risk management framework at least annually and disclosed the charter of the committee, the members of the committee, and the number of times the committee met throughout the period. The committee also assesses the performance of the board, its committees, and individual directors against the responsibilities outlined in the charter.
