BluGlass Limited Reports on Corporate Governance and ESG Compliance

BluGlass Limited has released its latest corporate governance statement, outlining its compliance and non-compliance with the Corporate Governance Council’s recommendations, including diversity policy and risk management practices.

Material actions and disclosures

The company has disclosed its diversity policy, which aims to promote workforce diversity and includes measurable objectives for achieving gender diversity. As of 30 June 2026, the board was 75% male and 25% female, while senior executive positions were 100% male and the whole organisation was 82% male and 18% female.

BluGlass Limited also has a code of conduct, whistleblower policy, and anti-bribery and corruption policy, all of which are available on the company’s website. The board conducts performance evaluations of the board, its committees, and individual directors, as well as senior executives, in accordance with established processes.
