Arena delivered a 41% absolute reduction and 53% reduction in the intensity of its Scope 3 emissions for FY2025, aligning with its Emission Reduction Plan (ERP). The company also installed solar renewable energy systems on 93% of its property portfolio, contributing to lower electricity costs for tenants and reduced carbon emissions.

Arena completed an external double materiality assessment during FY2026, which involved extensive engagement with stakeholders across its business and value chain. This assessment informed the refresh of Arena’s Sustainability Framework, which is designed to strengthen the company’s resilience and support long-term value creation.

In addition to environmental achievements, Arena has also made strides in community engagement. Arena achieved 100% of the FY2025 Sustainability Linked Loan (SLL) margin discount, demonstrating its commitment to sustainability performance targets.
