Pantoro Reports FY2026 GHG Emissions and Climate-Related Disclosures

Pantoro Gold Limited has released its FY2026 Climate Report, detailing its greenhouse gas emissions and climate-related risks and opportunities, in compliance with AASB S2. The report outlines the company’s absolute gross GHG emissions across relevant scopes and categories for the reporting period.

Material actions and disclosures

The Group reported its Scope 1 emissions at 51,687.8 tCO₂e and Scope 2 emissions at 33,302.3 tCO₂e for FY2026. Scope 2 emissions are location-based and the Group does not have any relevant contractual instruments covering the Scope 2 calculations.

Pantoro applies the operational control approach to define its organisational boundary, accounting for 100% of the GHG emissions from its Norseman Gold Project and Corporate head office. The Group’s Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions sources have been identified in accordance with the GHG Protocol, with those sources not covered by the NGER Measurement Determination measured under the GHG Protocol.

The Group’s climate governance framework includes the ESG Committee, which is responsible for developing and implementing Pantoro’s climate-related strategy, currently focused on compliance and practicable operational measures, including policy and framework development and ESG reporting.

Ernst & Young has conducted a review of the Climate Report, concluding that the selective sustainability information complies with Division 1 of Part 2M.3 of the Corporations Act 2001.

Pantoro has also established and is maturing processes to evaluate the effectiveness of its climate governance framework and to ensure accountability for climate-related performance across leadership roles.

The report also includes a discussion of the anticipated financial effects of physical climate risks and climate scenarios, acknowledging a high level of measurement uncertainty.

These disclosures are part of Pantoro’s ongoing commitment to transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
