Company Announces Enhanced Social Impact and Low Carbon Initiatives

Company has announced significant enhancements to its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices, including an upgrade to its MSCI ESG rating to ‘AAA’ and the launch of several initiatives aimed at improving social impact and reducing carbon emissions.

Material actions and disclosures

The company has achieved 105.6% gender pay equity and has a 42% disability employment rate, reflecting its commitment to workforce diversity and inclusion. Additionally, 100% of its MMS sites have been transferred to GreenPower or renewable electricity, and 100% of its internal car fleet has been converted to battery electric vehicles (BEVs).

The company has also commenced a Great Place To Work certification and a Career Mentoring program for people with disability, sponsored by the Australian Disability Network. Furthermore, the company has committed $12.6 million to fund the transition of its fleet vehicles to green finance.
