The company has implemented a Board Charter, Operational Delegation of Authority Policy & Matrix, People and Culture Committee Charter, and Audit, Risk and Sustainability Committee Charter, among others.
Material actions and disclosures
The company has a Whistleblower Policy, Ethical Sourcing and Modern Slavery Policy, and Workplace Discrimination, Bullying and Harassment Policy. Additionally, it has a Diversity Policy with specific gender diversity targets. The Audit, Risk and Sustainability Committee (ARSC) meets a minimum of four times each year and meets at other times as required.
PwC was appointed as the Company’s outsourced internal auditor in 2025, and the company has a Code of Conduct and an Anti-bribery and Corruption Policy. The company prepares an annual report to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency and has a process for evaluating the performance of the Board, its Committees, and individual Directors.
