PWR has continued its efforts in environmental sustainability, installing 4,066 rooftop solar panels at its Australian headquarters, generating approximately 748 MWh of renewable energy. The company also operates a closed-loop wastewater treatment plant, capturing and treating approximately 90% of trade wastewater. These initiatives are part of PWR’s broader strategy to integrate material sustainability pillars into its operations and set realistic and measurable targets to meet and report against.
Material Actions and Disclosures
PWR has recycled approximately 240 tonnes of aluminium at its Stapylton facility in Australia and partnered with SIMS Metals to collect and recycle manufacturing scrap. The company has recorded scope 1 and scope 2 baseline emissions and continued to invest in new technologies and projects to support low emissions programs. Additionally, PWR has advanced its cybersecurity program to meet growing expectations and government requirements, and is externally certified to CMMC 2.0.
PWR has also continued to support the SuperGEMS program, which inspires and encourages young women to pursue careers in STEM.
