The company has completed 27 site-level physical climate risk assessments across its managed portfolio, including office, industrial, and retail sectors. Dexus also completed decarbonisation roadmaps for 30 assets, with plans for 87 initiatives in progress.
The company has invested $1.4 billion in the climate transition by 2026 and aims to achieve a 6 Star Green Star rating for Waterfront Brisbane North Tower. Dexus has also completed the development of its Embodied Carbon Emissions Framework and increased onsite renewable energy generation and storage to over 15MW as of 30 June 2026.
