Macmahon has established a Diversity and Inclusion Policy, a Code of Conduct, a Whistleblower Policy, and an Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy. The company also reports on its progress towards targets for First Nations Australian employees and female employees across Australia and the whole organisation.
The company’s Sustainability Report includes climate-related disclosures prepared in accordance with AASB S2 Climate-related Disclosures. The Audit and Risk Committee oversees climate-related risks and opportunities, meeting at least quarterly to review these matters.
Forward commitments
Macmahon aims to achieve 6% representation of First Nations Australian employees by FY27, 40% female non-executive directors by FY27, and 22% female employees across Australia by FY27.
