Macmahon has reported its first Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions and completed its first Scope 3 emissions inventory, strengthening its environmental reporting capabilities. The company reported 2,805 t CO2-e for Scope 1 emissions and 2,346 t CO2-e for Scope 2 emissions for the financial year 2026. Macmahon has also applied transitional relief provisions under AASB S2025-1 Amendments to Greenhouse Gas Emissions, allowing it to report without presenting comparative information and Scope 3 GHG emissions.
Material Actions and Disclosures
Macmahon has launched the Respect in Action program, a quarterly briefing to all employees to promote a supportive and productive work environment. The company has also trained 66 additional Wellness Champions, bringing the total to 170 across its Australian offices and sites. Macmahon has completed its first Scope 3 emissions inventory, laying the foundation for FY27 disclosure and assurance.
Macmahon has not identified a material concentration of revenue exposure to physical climate risks at a Group level. The company is committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of its people, with a focus on reducing the impact and duration of workplace injuries. Macmahon has published an annual Modern Slavery Statement outlining the actions taken to identify, assess, and address modern slavery risks across the Group’s operations and supply chain.

Macmahon will continue to strengthen its Group-wide environmental and greenhouse gas emissions reporting capability through Evotix. The company will also continue to explore initiatives that can improve environmental performance while supporting safe and efficient operations. Macmahon will continue to monitor transition-risk exposure using a range of group-developed revenue indicators.
Macmahon will continue to prepare its first mandatory climate-related financial disclosures in accordance with AASB S2 and will continue to embed climate-related considerations across its governance, risk management, strategy, and reporting. The company will continue to support the safety and wellbeing of its people, with a focus on reducing the impact and duration of workplace injuries.
Macmahon will continue to work with clients, employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for better environmental outcomes.
