Forward commitments
Livium outlined its FY27 priorities, focusing on safe growth in battery collection and recycling volumes, leveraging the Derrimut Hub to improve operating efficiency, and progressing Hub-and-Spoke development in priority regions. The company also plans to continue technical and commercial development of rare-earth element recovery, solar panel recycling, and black mass processing, where supported by viable commercial pathways.
These priorities are expected to remain closely linked to safe operational growth, responsible material recovery, environmental compliance, and disciplined development of adjacent recycling opportunities. The Board and Audit & Risk Committee will maintain oversight of material operational, environmental, and sustainability-related risks.
