Growthpoint Achieves Net Zero Target, Maintains High GRESB Score

Growthpoint Properties Australia has achieved its Net Zero Target on 1 July 2025, covering all scope 1 and scope 2 emissions from its directly managed office assets and some scope 3 emissions from corporate activities. The company also maintained a GRESB score of 85 in FY26, above the GRESB average score of 79, and improved its portfolio NABERS ratings across Energy, Water, and Indoor Environment.

Material actions and disclosures

Growthpoint achieved three out of four performance targets for its Sustainability Linked Loans and increased its portfolio NABERS Energy rating to 5.3 stars from 5.2 stars, Water rating to 5.0 stars from 4.9 stars, and Indoor Environment rating to 5.1 stars from 5.0 stars.

Forward commitments

Growthpoint aims to deliver its first mandatory climate report in FY27 and maintain high GRESB and portfolio NABERS ratings. The company also plans to embed its refreshed sustainability strategy and undertake a review of its capital management plan to ensure ongoing balance sheet flexibility.
