The Group has reported significant progress in its environmental sustainability efforts, with 68% of its energy now coming from renewable sources and a 58% decrease in Scope 1 & 2 emissions from its FY20 baseline. The company also achieved a 7% improvement in waste diversion from landfill, increasing the rate from 60% in FY25 to 67% in FY26.
Material actions and disclosures
The Group has recycled 12,077 tonnes of e-waste and scrap metal from appliances collected from customers’ homes. Additionally, the company has made substantial investments in its workforce, with 617 leaders participating in leadership development courses, including 56 managers completing the Women in Leadership training program.
Forward commitments
The Group aims to achieve net-zero direct scope 1 and scope 2 (market-based) carbon emissions by 2030 and an 80% waste diversion rate by 2030.
