Generation Development Group (GDG) has outlined new three-year gender diversity targets and enhanced its corporate governance framework, including whistleblower and anti-bribery policies.
Material actions and disclosures
GDG has established three-year gender diversity targets aimed at increasing the representation of women in leadership roles. The targets include at least 40% female representation among directors by 2028 and at least 40% female representation in leadership positions by the same year. As of 30 June 2026, the company reported 60% female representation among directors and 26% among women in leadership roles.
The company has also adopted a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy, which was refreshed in August 2025. This policy includes measurable gender diversity objectives approved by the Board and is designed to promote diversity across the company and support equal opportunity in recruitment, development, promotion, and leadership.
GDG has adopted a Whistleblower Policy to support the reporting of misconduct and other reportable matters, providing appropriate protections for whistleblowers. The Board is informed of any material incidents reported under this policy and the actions taken in response.
The company has also adopted an updated Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, prohibiting bribery, facilitation payments, and other corrupt practices. The policy provides guidance on gifts, hospitality, conflicts of interest, and the reporting of suspected misconduct. The Board is informed of any material breaches of this policy and the actions taken in response.
Forward commitments
GDG aims to build a sustainable talent pipeline of women into leadership roles, including recruitment and talent pipeline development, leadership development and sponsorship, accountability and governance, flexible work and family support, culture and inclusion, and external partnerships and signaling.
The company also plans to review and enhance its risk management framework annually to ensure it remains sound and that the company operates with due regard to its risk appetite.
GDG will continue to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of its governance, risk management, and internal control processes, seeking to drive continuous improvement.
