Elevate Uranium Ltd Updates Corporate Governance Practices

Elevate Uranium Ltd has updated its corporate governance practices, focusing on director agreements, whistleblower policies, and risk management, while noting areas for future improvement.

Material actions and disclosures

The Company has written agreements with each of its directors and senior executives, ensuring clear terms of appointment. The Corporate Governance Plan outlines the roles and responsibilities of the Company Secretary, who reports directly to the Board through the Chairman.

Elevate Uranium Ltd has a Whistleblower Policy, which is available on the Company’s website, and ensures that the Board or a committee is informed of any material incidents reported under the policy.

The Company has also developed a formal anti-bribery and corruption policy, although it was not formalised until after the financial year-end. The policy will be introduced during FY 2027.

Forward commitments

The Company plans to develop formal values in due course, considering the current small size of the organisation.

Additionally, Elevate Uranium Ltd will continue to monitor the need for an internal audit function, currently not justified for efficiency purposes.

Finally, the Company will ensure that all material market announcements are distributed to all directors promptly after release, adhering to its continuous disclosure obligations.

These updates and future commitments reflect Elevate Uranium Ltd’s ongoing efforts to enhance its governance practices and align with regulatory requirements.
