EcoGraf Announces 2026 Annual General Meeting and ESG Developments

EcoGraf Limited (ASX:EGR; FSE: FMK) has announced its 2026 Annual General Meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, 24 November 2026. The company also provided updates on its environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, focusing on sustainable battery anode material production.

Material actions and disclosures

EcoGraf is building a vertically integrated battery anode materials business to produce high purity graphite products for the lithium-ion battery and advanced manufacturing markets. The company has invested over US$30 million to date, creating a graphite business that includes the Epanko Graphite Mine in Tanzania, a Mechanical Shaping Facility in Tanzania, and EcoGraf HFfree® Purification Facilities located in close proximity to electric vehicle, battery, and anode manufacturers.

The company is developing the TanzGraphite natural flake graphite business, commencing with the Epanko Graphite Project, to provide a long-term, scalable supply of feedstock for EcoGraf battery anode material processing facilities. Additionally, the company is planning a Mechanical Shaping Facility in Tanzania to process natural flake graphite into spherical graphite (SpG).

Using its environmentally superior EcoGraf HFfree® purification technology, the company will upgrade the SPG to produce 99.95%C high performance battery anode material to supply electric vehicle, battery, and anode manufacturers in Asia, Europe, and North America.

Forward commitments

EcoGraf aims to continue its commitment to sustainable battery anode material production and battery recycling, which is critical to improving supply chain sustainability.
