The Audit and Risk Committee assists the Board in identifying and monitoring material business risks, ensuring a robust due diligence process for acquisitions and major capital expenditure projects.

The Group has a Work Health & Safety management system that includes risk assessment and training, and maintains a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Policy with measurable objectives for achieving gender diversity. The Code of Ethics is regularly reviewed by the Board, typically every two years, and the Group has an Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy and a Whistleblower Protection Policy.
The Group also has a Continuous Disclosure Policy to ensure compliance with NZX and ASX listing rules, and business continuity insurance to cover some losses incurred due to disruptions.
