Cromwell Property Group has a 5-year Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Strategy that spans from 2021 to 2026. As of 30 June 2026, the company has reduced its gender pay gap to 24%, down from 43% when the strategy began in 2021. The company also achieved 40:40:20 gender diversity at five out of six leadership levels.
