APA has enhanced its governance framework, focusing on inclusion and diversity, safety, and sustainability. The company has made significant progress in gender diversity, including increasing the representation of women in leadership roles and implementing inclusive policies. The Safety and Sustainability Committee oversees safety, sustainability, and broader ESG matters, while the People and Remuneration Committee reviews and recommends remuneration policies and practices.

Material Actions and Disclosures

APA has increased the representation of women in leadership roles to 43% of the board. The company completed Respect@Work training across its workforce and offered Cultural Awareness Training to all employees. APA also advanced its Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan and delivered gender-balanced graduate, internship, and apprenticeship programs. The company continued to strengthen leadership accountability for gender representation and maintained inclusive policies and practices, including gender-neutral parental leave and flexible work arrangements.

APA expanded the reach of the people leadership program ‘Lead’ to 280 participants and completed the Health, Safety, Environment and Heritage (HSEH) Management System and reviewed HSEH performance. The company also reviewed and recommended the Climate Report and 2025 Climate Transition Plan to the Board.
