AnteoTech Ltd has secured additional funding and made progress on its corporate governance commitments, including a share placement and a funding agreement with ARENA.
Material actions and disclosures
In January and February 2026, AnteoTech received $3,808,350 through a Share Placement, with shares issued at 1.55 cents per share and an attaching option. In October 2024, the company entered into a funding agreement with The Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) for up to $4,000,000, with the first milestone extended until November 2026.
AnteoTech has also withdrawn from its funding agreement with the Queensland Critical Minerals and Battery Technology Fund during the financial year.
