SiteMinder has released its latest Sustainability Report, detailing its progress on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives and outlining future commitments. The report highlights the company’s efforts in areas such as diversity, equity, and inclusion, privacy and data security, and modern slavery.
Material actions and disclosures
SiteMinder has achieved a gender-diverse workforce, with women representing 47% of the global workforce, 45% of senior leadership roles, and 44% of executive leadership roles. The company has also established a Supplier Code of Conduct, ensuring that suppliers meet the standards set out in the code.
SiteMinder’s Information Security Policy outlines measures to adhere to best practices, and its Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, shared, and used in accordance with regulatory obligations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
Forward commitments
SiteMinder aims to continue its progress towards gender equality and has established an AI Governance Committee to oversee the responsible development, deployment, and use of AI technologies.
The company has also committed to maintaining a safe and confidential environment for whistleblowers and to complying with all laws relating to bribery and corruption.
