Raiden Resources Limited has disclosed its adherence to Principle 1.5, which requires listed entities to have and disclose a diversity policy and measurable objectives for achieving gender diversity in the composition of its board, senior executives, and workforce. The company has also disclosed its process for periodically evaluating the performance of the board, its committees, and individual directors in accordance with Principle 1.6.
Under Principle 3, the company has articulated and disclosed its values, as well as having and disclosing a code of conduct for its directors, senior executives, and employees. Additionally, Raiden Resources Limited has disclosed its whistleblower policy and anti-bribery and corruption policy, ensuring that the board or a committee of the board is informed of any material breaches of these policies.
Regarding Principle 4, the company has disclosed its process to verify the integrity of periodic corporate reports that are not audited or reviewed by an external auditor.
