PDI Gold has committed to significant employment and economic contributions in its host countries, with over 1,450 employees currently generating reserves in Guinea and 330 employees in Mali. The company aims to create approximately 2,000 construction jobs and 1,000 operating jobs at the Bankan project.
Additionally, PDI Gold has highlighted its strong safety culture, with a low Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) of 0.12 and a Total Recordable Injury Frequency Rate (TRIFR) of 1.76 per million manhours as of June 30, 2026.
