NobleOak Outlines Corporate Governance and Diversity Initiatives

NobleOak has outlined its principal ESG development in its latest corporate governance statement, focusing on diversity policies, code of conduct, and risk management strategies. The company has adopted a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy, setting measurable objectives for achieving gender diversity across its board, senior leadership, and workforce.

Material actions and disclosures

NobleOak aims to maintain a gender balance of 40% female-identifying, 40% male-identifying, and 20% of any gender across its board, senior leadership, and workforce. As of 30 June 2026, 52% of employees identified as female, 52% of management roles were held by females, and 38% of ExCo members were female. The board comprised 33% female and 67% male directors.

The company also has a code of conduct that sets clear expectations for high standards of honesty, integrity, ethical conduct, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. NobleOak’s risk management framework includes a Climate Change Risk Policy to manage the impact of climate change risks on the business.

Forward commitments

NobleOak aims to continue promoting diversity and inclusion across the organisation, with annual assessments of progress towards achieving diversity objectives. The company also plans to maintain its commitment to ethical behaviour and compliance with applicable laws and regulations through its code of conduct and whistleblower policy.

NobleOak’s risk management framework will continue to evolve to address emerging risks, including climate-related risks and social risks such as modern slavery risks within the supply chain.
