Dubber Establishes Code of Conduct and Whistleblower Policy

Dubber has established a Code of Conduct and adopted a Whistleblower Policy to maintain integrity and ethical practices, in line with ASX recommendations. The Code of Conduct outlines practices necessary to maintain confidence in the company’s integrity and compliance with legal obligations and stakeholder expectations. Employees must report breaches immediately to their line manager or the Company Secretary, with potential disciplinary action including dismissal.

Material actions and disclosures

The company has also adopted an Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy applicable to all personnel, including directors, temporary staff, contractors, and business associates. The policy is designed to ensure the board or a committee of the board is informed of any material breaches.

The company has an Audit and Risk Committee, which has been undertaking its full functions since July 2026, although the committee structure is now being handled at the full Board level. The company has also disclosed its process for verifying the integrity of periodic corporate reports not audited or reviewed by an external auditor.

The company’s ESG Policy provides a framework for managing environmental, social, and governance-related policies and practices within its operations and supply chain.

These actions reflect Dubber’s commitment to corporate governance and ethical business practices, as outlined in its Corporate Governance Statement.
