Maas Group Reports FY26 Results, Outlines FY27 Priorities

Maas Group Holdings Limited (ASX: MGH) has reported its FY26 financial results, reflecting strong performance across its manufacturing, electrical, and real estate segments. The company also outlined its strategic priorities for FY27, focusing on safety, operational excellence, and sustainability.

Material actions and disclosures

Maas Group delivered Underlying EBITDA of $6.4 million in Manufacturing, marking a 26% increase from the previous year. This growth was supported by stronger international market engagement, equipment sales, aftermarket activity, and the developing electrical manufacturing contribution. The business also strengthened engagement with Tier 1 customers across Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands, South Africa, and Southeast Asia.

In Electrical, Civil Construction and Hire, the segment delivered Underlying EBITDA of $65.1 million, an increase of 64% from FY25. This result was driven by strong growth in Electrical, the commencement and progression of AI-related infrastructure, data-centre, and energy-infrastructure work, and improved utilisation of the Plant Hire fleet as renewable energy and transmission projects moved into delivery.

Residential Real Estate delivered Underlying EBITDA of $31.8 million, an increase of 44%. The business settled 264 lots during FY26, including 11 build-to-rent properties, and secured 200 lots for FY27.

Commercial Real Estate generated Underlying EBITDA of $59.4 million, an increase of 20%, supported by fair value gains on investment properties. The segment also realised $93.6 million from the sale of commercial developments and established a position in the Western Sydney Aerotropolis.

Forward commitments

Maas Group announced its intention to review its emissions profile and undertake more detailed scenario analysis focused on its continuing operations during FY27. The company aims to develop appropriate targets and transition planning to improve energy, fuel, and water efficiency, increase the beneficial reuse of materials, and support energy-efficient residential development.

The company also plans to support an orderly transition of the Construction Materials business and to continue building out a portfolio of commercial property assets well-positioned for future digital and energy infrastructure developments.

Maas Group will continue to focus on maintaining rigorous working-capital and balance-sheet discipline, and improving safety and operational performance.

These priorities reflect Maas Group’s commitment to delivering practical solutions for customers and maintaining a strong team culture built on ownership, teamwork, and candid conversations.
