The whistleblower policy protects individuals who report improper conduct and ensures that the board or a committee is informed of any material incidents. The anti-bribery and corruption policy details the process for informing the Managing Director or a Whistleblower Protection Officer of any material incidents, with any material breaches reported to the Board.
Kingston Resources has established an Audit and Risk Management Committee, consisting of three independent non-executive directors. The committee assesses significant estimates or judgements in financial reports, reviews all half-yearly and annual reports, and oversees the establishment and implementation of risk management and internal compliance and control systems.
