Judo Reports FY26 Scope 1 and 2 Greenhouse Gas Emissions

Judo Capital Holdings Limited has reported its FY26 Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, totalling 190.63 tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO2e) for Scope 1 and 306.84 tCO2e for Scope 2. The company did not disclose any material direct emissions from sources it owns or controls, indicating that its organisational boundary is defined using the financial control approach, aligning with its accounting consolidated group.

Material actions and disclosures

Judo has conducted a review and determined that it has no material direct emissions from sources it owns or controls to disclose. The company follows the GHG Protocol for the calculation of its GHG emissions, using the National Greenhouse Accounts (NGA) Factors and Clean Energy Regulator data for emission factors. Judo uses two reporting methods for the calculation of purchased electricity emissions: market-based and location-based.

Judo uses NABERS certificates for energy intensity data and applies the financial control approach to define its organisational boundary for GHG emissions. The company did not disclose comparative information relating to Scope 1 and 2 emissions, nor Scope 3 emissions, as it reflects changes in data inputs and methodology approaches.

Judo will continue to monitor regulatory developments and strengthen its governance, risk management, and compliance processes to support regulatory alignment and manage reputational risk.
