Forward commitments
The Audit and Risk Committee will meet no less than four times each year. The Board will periodically review and evaluate the Board’s performance and that of the Board Committees. The Remuneration Committee will hold additional meetings where required. The Board will ensure that continuous disclosure requirements are met.
The Board will ensure that responsible corporate governance is understood and observed at the management, executive, and Board level. The Board will review the Corporate Governance Statement, policies, and charters to ensure they remain consistent with the objectives of the Board, current laws, and leading practice. The Board will appoint a sub-committee to determine appropriate actions or responses where potential for a conflict of interest is identified.
The Board will provide shareholders with all material information in its possession relevant to a decision on whether or not to elect or re-elect a Director.
