CZR Resources Ltd has completed the sale of its interest in the Robe Mesa Iron Ore Project to North Mining Limited, Robe River Mining Co Pty Ltd, and Mitsui Iron Ore Development Pty Ltd, collectively referred to as the RRJV. The transaction generated net cash proceeds of approximately $70.5 million (excluding GST) after settlement adjustments, significantly impacting the company’s financial position and results for the year ended 30 June 2026.
