Close the Loop Limited (ASX: CLG) has announced the appointment of Trifon Dimos and Steve Ashman as independent non-executive directors, strengthening the company’s governance and oversight capabilities. The new directors bring significant experience in corporate governance, finance, risk management, and strategic growth, enhancing the board’s independence and depth.

Both directors have extensive backgrounds in advising public and private companies, financial institutions, and high net worth families on complex legal, commercial, and strategic matters.
Steve Ashman, a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience, will join the Audit and Risk Committee as its Chair. Trifon Dimos, an experienced lawyer and business adviser, will be a member of the Audit and Risk Committee. Both new directors will also become members of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
