EBOS Group Advances on Gender Diversity and Climate Initiatives

EBOS Group Limited has reported stable gender diversity on its board and continued progress on climate-related activities, including transitioning to electric forklifts and supporting reforestation projects. As at 30 June 2026, Board gender diversity remained stable at 57% female representation, compared with 57% in 2025. The company aims to increase the proportion of women in executive and senior leadership roles by identifying internal talent through robust policies. Women represented 30% of the Enterprise Leadership Team as of 30 June 2026, compared with 27% in 2025. EBOS also reported an average total remuneration gender pay gap of 21.8% and a median gender pay gap of 2.0% in Australia.

Material actions and disclosures

EBOS continued its First Nations Employment Program, providing participants with a pathway to a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations and potential permanent employment opportunities. The company also continued work on transitioning a small number of forklift trucks fitted with combustion engines to electric or plug-in hybrid electric vehicle alternatives. EBOS has partnered with Greenfleet to restore native forest and sequester carbon, contributing to 22,092 tonnes of carbon sequestered in FY26. The Group reported a 18.4 per cent grid-purchased electricity efficiency improvement per square metre against the FY21 baseline and purchased 100 per cent renewable electricity, GreenPower, for its Australian Biotechnologies business in Frenches Forest, NSW.

Forward commitments

EBOS expects to release its third climate statement in late September 2026. The company will continue to monitor electricity demand, including the impact of growth on its targets, and explore opportunities to expand its renewable energy and efficiency initiatives. EBOS will also continue to support the growth of its Medical Technology, Animal Care, Retail Pharmacy Brands, and Symbion & Healthcare Distribution businesses.
