Material actions and disclosures
During the first half of 2026 (H1-26), DBI and its NECAP contractors reported no fatalities, serious injuries or illnesses, and only two high potential incidents (HPIs). DBI’s safety performance is measured using two lagging indicators: Fatalities, Serious Injuries or Illnesses, and High Potential Incidents. The company also conducts regular employee surveys and consultations to monitor engagement and feedback from all employees.
DBI places a strong emphasis on workforce diversity and inclusion. The company’s board includes 57% female directors, and the executive team comprises 43% female leaders. DBI aims to enhance its resilience and thrive through diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
DBI also continued its support of community programs that create positive social and environmental outcomes.
